You guys might have noticed how I've been completely absent from GDNA lately. This has an easy explanation - I have so many games to play I don't even have time to make posts about them here! Seriously, the DS is in a roll these months, plus Touhou Double Spoiler (which is one addictive bastard) coming out, plus all the stuff bought in Steam sales... I just don't have enough time to play everything.

And I have Tri coming in less than a month, so I better step it up! :D

A few months ago, in the game drought, I wouldn't have believed you if you said I'd be literally *swamped* in games so soon. But looks like I was mistaken. And from what I hear, people with other consoles are about the same - the sudden wave of quality is multiplatform.

Happy times for gaming indeed. I'm curious, though, what is everyone here playing in these times of abundance? Mind sharing? ;)

Galactic Civilizations II: Ultimate Edition, as well as Cave Story (WiiWare version) and Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing (Wii version). Fun times to be had, indeed.

Next week, I'm thinking of ordering WarioWare D.I.Y. and that new Sakura Wars game (only because it's taken forever to get any of those games across the Pacific in English).
Right now? Star Trek Onlien and Dragon Age Origins: Awakening, when I have the cash im getting those extra memories for Assasins Creed 2
STO and DAO: Awakening, but about to switch from STO to Champions this weekend while I wait for new STO content and explore the last couple CO updates.
I recently procured a PS3, so I'm putting it though its paces with God of War 3, with the occasional adhoc party, little big planet, or fat princess. Of course I'm _still_ playing MHFU on the PSP - the system seriously has not housed another UMD in 2 years - and I'll be getting Tri when it comes out. Fortunately (I guess?) my work is usually slow enough that I can blog about them the next day on my own, since only my 360 is automagically picked up.
My now-playing pile: BioShock 2, Dragon Age: Origins, Final Fantasy XIII, Sonic Unleashed, and Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories. Oh, and I just got Fallout 3.

I think I'll be busy for a while.
Best reason for not being around possible.
I'm hittin' up some Pokemon Heart Gold, Westward IV, Tropico 2, lots o' little steam things
I've been playing DAO: Awakening, FFXIII, Resonance of Fate, Saints ROW 2, Demon's Souls, and SMT: Strange Journey. The next games on my list to play are Sakura Wars, and Record of Agarest War.
over the past 3 months I've gotten all 3 current gen consoles, so yeah, I've been pretty busy: Mari Kart Wii, Smash Bros. Brawl, a little Animal Crossing: City Folk, then Uncharted and Assassin's Creed on the PS3, and now I got the Forza 3, Halo: ODST bundle 360, along with Fable II, Merc 2, and Too Human.
yeah, it would be kinda cool if they could automatically pull gameplay data from all the systems like the 360 or PC (if you have Xfire or Steam).
